Today my new psych said to me after hearing the basics of my story. “You are so strong Sharon – you really are doing an amazing job” A uncontained big laugh just erupted so hard and fast out of nowhere at her and then I burst into tears – I thought she had completely lost her mind! I liken myself to the little duck on the pond calm on the top of the water but those little legs underwater are going at a hundred mile an hour  in any direction but the right one because he doesn’t have a clue what he is doing!

For every person I have honestly told “You are so strong” that was my conviction – being on the other end of it I now understand that you thought I was nuts 🙂
